One bed looked like somebody slept on it already(wrinkly sheet) I checked the other bed for my son and Doritos crumbs were under the fitted sheet, hair and dust on windowsill, I dropped the back of my earring in the bathroom so I had to look under sink and it was so dirty like they haven’t swept in forever. Hallway walls are like under construction. Biggest disappointment was finding it dirty because a hotel that costs less than 1/3 of this one had a sauna and hot tub that I wanted to use but thinking it could be not clean enough for my son made me decide on the Hampton instead and it was not….

I completely understand that the place is being worked out for a few repairs, but boxes of materials are left laying around making it unsafe for guests/kids. A little bit of housekeeping goes a long way

Not what Hampton inn used to be.
Not sure what is happening to Hampton inn. This was one of our worst hotels in our 3 weeks road trip. The hotel was being renovated and the clerk chose to put us in a room where renovations were being done. The hallway was disgusting. The walls were raw sheet rock and the carpet was covered with paint and dust.

Their employees definitely need to be trained on customer service. When we arrived no one greeted us and they acted like we were not even there . The system was down and they could not figure out how to check us in . It was late and we were tired we just wanted to check in . The room was clean and comfortable.

We purposely chose this hotel because we needed a strong interest connection for a business meeting we needed to attend early in the morning. It’s a national chain we have booked with many times in many locations so the level of expectation was established. Come to find out there was absolutely no wifi we could connect to AT ALL. This is not acceptable.
