Requested two beds, two friends. Got one. Was switched to another room but it was not made up. Had to walk uphill with the luggage at the second room - first room had a parking lot in front. Room was not made up the second day. Staff was unable to help.
The most expensive and least impressive part of our Alaska stay. The room was cleaned disappointingly - with hair ties on the floor, hair all over the bathroom, and old notes left on the notepad and most lamps unplugged. The other hotel amenities were mediocre at best. Want to spend $20 on breakfast that DEFINITELY came from a hot buffet, but is served to you tableside? You should check out the 20320 Grill. You will also get poorly made drinks. The one positive was the raspberry jam. Everything else just made me sad.
Maybe this is normal for Princess Cruises and their hotels? Not sure, but now I'll never know. I would not recommend and would not book again.
Check in easy. Rooms were noisy. Our neighbors were up really late and it made it a bit hard to rest the 1st night. We enjoyed rrsort but it was far from the Natl Park and a long drive. We got mixed up when booking and booked wrong resort become of how Princess naned these resorts. Food good. Treehouse was awesome.
Wonderful property with a large deck for viewing Denali! The restaurants were excellent. The rustic/lodge room decor was perfect for the setting. Rooms were clean. I highly recommend!

The physical property is lovely. You have an exquisite views from the lodge porch. However The hotel buildings are far from parking and the lodge. The room was just barely adequate. Furniture chipped very spartan. Few amenities. The rooms are in buildings spread out over the property with no elevators and parking that is not close to the building. The restaurant we chose was very ordinary and extremely overpriced, crowded and not very accommodating. Large groups from cruise lines stay there (500+) at a time.
Unfortunately, our one-night stay at this lodge was less than ideal. The property felt quite dated, and we immediately noticed the air conditioning was not working, which made for an uncomfortable night. Adding to the discomfort, there was a peculiar smell in the bathroom when using the shower. To top it off, the beds were not very comfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's rest. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

There should be times posted for restaurant hours and reservation options. Food at lunch restaurant was not very good. Fish and Chips were from a freezer and were way too pricey for what you were getting. Rooms were adequate but could have used a fridge and microwave,
Excellent people and amazing views! Stayed 2 nights and would definitely stay there again. Maria was our server for both days of breakfast at 20320 Grill and was wonderful!
