The pictures of this property are deceiving. It was clean enough, but owner needs to make some improvements Caulking around bathtub was in bad shape and dirty, toilet wasn’t flushing properly, and bathroom sink drained so slow that we had to brush our teeth in bathtub, only after we sanitized it. There was no coffee in the room or reception area. We had to walk a few blocks every morning just to get a cup of coffee. I don’t recommend staying in Dennis Port as we spend a lot of time on buses, and lots of money on Uber. Office closing time posted as 9pm, but usually closed well before that. It was not a welcoming atmosphere.

The woman who did her her best to keep it clean had limited opportunity because of the pre existing worn out beat up environment. Out first night the mattress s slid off the boxspring and had holes in the mattress. The floor was filthy. The bathroom needed grouting and the bathtub could not be used unless one worr some sort of flip flop or water shoe on their feet.. The clientel was invasive and less than desirable, cooking tight outside their door and camping with groups of no less than 5 to 8 at a time. Cars were in and out of the parking lot at all hours leading one to believe there was some sort of suspicious activity going on. We didn't step outside to see what that activity could be but it was more than noticeable. Finally our last night there i had enough- Before retiring I went into their office and advised who I assume was the manager since I'd never seen her before, that we were planning on an early start. And we'd appreciate it if there weren't people camping outside our door all night and making as much noise as they had been making until well past midnight. Her response was, why didn't you let me know and I said I didn't have their phone number. Expedia misrepresented this site and should be ashamed of themselves for even thinking that this is any level of clean or quality or indicative of what a cape stay should be. Never had an experience like that and hope we never do again.

I stayed there so you don't have to.

The bed was clean, and only a place for the night. However, the staff looked like something from the Walking Dead. The place is run down and the grounds are a mess. The suck you in promo is very misleading.
