Great family friendly hotel. Rooms are huge, staff are amazing & friendly. Our housekeeping staff did many different towel animals each day which the kids loved & also played some elf on the shelf style pranks with their other soft toys, which was also a hit to come back to each day. Good large pool & decent sized water slide & kids pool area with a small playground. Various games in kids club, a PS4, small indoor area for toddlers. Hotel is older but clean & looks to be going through a refurb in small stages. Pillows aren't great, tv reception is poor & the air conditioning works well but being an older style unit developed a strong musty type smell that got progressively worse. Overall, a reasonably priced, family friendly hotel that shouldn't be confused for a 5 star property. Location is a 5 minute walk to main street, another 10 mins to beach & another 10 mins to markets & Icon shopping centre. Plenty of cheap transport options via hotel as well as free shuttle bus.

Resort was great, kids pool and slide kept kids happy but there were still activities in adults pool. Always fresh, clean towels available. Having to remember breakfast vouchers was only annoying.

Excellent property. Rooms are massive and well appointed. Every thing and more that you could possibly need. Kids club was fantastic, kids loved the activities and being able to rejoin us when they wanted. Pool is lovely and lots of space. Bar was great. Area is quiet around hotel but only 10 min walk to lots of dining options.

The pool areas, reception etc were lovely, food was good. Rooms were large - living and bedrooms. The bathrooms were tiny and made it really awkward when trying to bathe children or move around in which was unusual given the size of the rest of the spaces. They also both hand lingering smells in them. Location was ok but nothing to rave about given its away from the beach area.

We couldn’t have been more impressed with our stay Every member of staff was accommodating and friendly The rooms were spacious although pillow options could have been better The pool area / kids club / dining room all magnificent The in hotel prices were fair and food options and drinks were great Even though the resort on a main road traffic noise in the hotel was minimal A quieter area than others fantastic for families

Excellent facility, service and food. Great kids area and excellent kids club. Kids loved the waterslide, playing soccer with staff, and the magician. Spent a whole day at the pool and they were never bored. Be mindful of the long walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. There is a courtesy bus but it was not in the timeframe that suited us. Room was stunning.

Great value family resort
Nice resort which for the price was a good option for Sanur. The apartments are huge which was a big plus for us and two children. For room size you sacrifice luxury but they were fine, always well cleaned daily. Lovely staff through the resort and the kids enjoyed the pools and kids club facilities. Some prefer beachfront location but I really enjoyed walking the interesting little back streets to the main street and beach. Loved Sanur as an area - felt authentic and the right side of busy. This isnt a luxe hotel and at breakfast you could be on the Gold Coast. But its a solid good value deal for families that want space while still being looked after by beautiful staff and with lots to do nearby.

Stayed here with our family. 10, 8 and 5 year old. They loved the games room, activities and water slide. We loved the pool chairs and happy hour cocktails. The place is starting to date a little, but in general, it is still a great place to stay with a young family. We caught a cheap cab to the restaurants most night, but the food at the hotel was solid.

Property was great for families, suites were spacious, kids loved the big slide and on site hair braid option. Great they have bus transfers but would be great if they go later in the day. People were in the main pool from 6am even though it opens hours later making lots of noise waking up the whole resort.

This place was a a little cracker, great for us - family with young kids. Smaller & more casual than the big resorts, still great pools & water slide, kids club, plenty to do for kids. Awesome staff, fresh brekky buffet. Good spa too, still close to beach & plenty dining options in sanur a short walk. Bang for buck👍

Pretty good overall. The location is okay but not great. The kids loved the waterslide. Breakfast was mostly okay but never great. The breakfast room is way too small for the number of people who eat there so it gets stupidly busy very quickly. The staff are consistently excellent. The showers are awful. Like something from the 1950s. They get singers some nights so the resort can be noisy but that shuts off at 9pm. The singers were appalling.

The staff were all so wonderful, particularly in the kids zone and pool. Property and pool were beautifully maintained and the location made it so easy to wander around the local neighborhood. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!
