Nice convenient stay near the beach in Sanur
We had a nice stay in Puri Mango. The staff we helpful and friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The deco is getting a little old but still loads of life yet.

Nice hotel in the north of Sanur near the beach and ICON Shopping Mall. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I had a problem with a burst water pipe in my room at 0500hrs. It was dealt with very professionally and I got moved to a different room very quickly. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I am in Sanur!

Rooms had a very musty smell, we moved from one room as it was making us feel sick. One day NO WATER at all for shower other days no hot water. Linen dirty, stains on sheets, towels grey. Pool broken tiles. Would never stay here again Southern sanur has more options for accommodation and restaurants

Looks good in photos but very run down. Lighting terrible only one bedside lamp and very poor light rooms dirty and stained. Shower water dribbles out and hopeless to adjust. No breakfast available at the hotel even though it was included in price. I was refunded $15. Aus for breakfast. Under bathroom sink was an empty filthy area. Service poor always had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper.

Situated the very far northern end of Sanur Beach area so a little far removed from our normal “playing arena”. But good value for money if you want cold air con, clean, comfy beds and friendly staff. The cafe/resto franchise attached to the venue downstairs had excellent pricing and some of the crispy pork belly value variations I have eaten in a long time and all for just $8 AUD per serve! Very close to the new major shopping mall which is an excellent attraction in itself. Jimmys Sports Bar 100m away had all the footy games over the weekend. Wasnt the worst place I have stayed in Bali overall 7.5/10

Not a bad location but too far from the beach for us. We only booked this hotel so we could rest and shower on our final day before catching a midnight flight home. The shower was cold and when we were trying to pack our luggage the power to our room (only our room) went out, very inconvenient trying to pack by torch light. The young kids on reception had no idea what to do. Would not stay here again.

Bad stay at puri mango hotel, don’t be fooled by the word hotel, it’s a guesthouse and only just manages to be one, it’s borderline a hostel, shabby rooms, one ordinary lock on the door bathroom not clean, toilet missing the bum gun, no safe to store valuables, no slippers or bath mats overall unsafe feeling, the staff were nice enough. I booked 5 nights here I stayed one and checked out the next morning as soon as I could. I strongly avoid like the plague!!

Check Your Water Heater!
Everything was fine except for one problem. There was NO Hot Water in the Shower! When I requested to change room they said there was nothing available. This lead to an unacceptable 7 days of Cold Showers! This is mostly due to poor maintenance of the Water Heater Distribution System, which is something I do not accept at home and abroad. Even here in the UK there are Bars and Restaurants with No Running Hot Water, and their explanations for this are normally Nonsensical! They must ensure that a Qualified Heating Technician is available to sort out these problems as I certainly Do Not Accept any Excuses and Apologies for this!

Stayed for 6 days, rooms aren’t massive but are tidy. Do wish there was more English channels accessible on the Tv! But you don’t go for the TV so that’s not a biggie Rooms are clean and tidy, staff will happily ask and clean every day if need be, bathrooms are average for the area but still nice! For what you pay here you get a lot more than what you expect would go back again!

Spiderweb everywhere. Under the bed, on the lamp, on the ceiling. I'm not talking about 1 strand, I'm talking Halloween decoration thickness. Another incident, we were in the hotel one day with the key in the door, someone tried opening the door.. we thought a guest went to the wrong room, 10 mins later, it happened again and it was a staff member. I asked what he was doing and he mumbled something and went downstairs. I comfronted him upon checkout and he said he had the wrong room... but twice? Upon checking reviews, we read other guest had money missing from their bags. So i quickly checked and I had $150missing too! It was not easily accessible too so they must have gone through everything. DO NOT stay here. Be warned!
