Very nice stay. Families/mixed ages but tends be older crowd. Peaceful, nice pools, easy to Sanur beach. Walkable area. Staff were great!!!

Very good value. The pool was way too hot to be refreshing but the guests seemed to love it. Very generous breakfast included is worth it. I had an upstairs room which had steep stairs to it which could be an issue if you had mobility issues. Lovely generous deck is the upside!

The rooms are large with nice terraces where you can sit and have your coffee in the morning, wine at night. You have a choice of three swimming pools. Staff is so helpful. Good shopping and tons of restaurants nearby.

I stayed here after staying at Oyana in Uluwatu. For close to $100 a night I didn’t think that it was value for money. The room was dirty and the sheets were stained and the interior was very clinical and smelt musty. Staff were okay but some were not as friendly as other places we have stayed.

The room we rented stank. There was a strong smell of mould. Complained we were put in another room that was not the deluxe room we had paid for. The next day we were put into a better room. We asked for a revised room charge as we did not get the room we paid for. Was told no, room was booked thru expidia so they could not discount the room charges.

Always enjoy the Swastika. Convenient location and friendly staff. Rooms and the gardens are very well maintained. WiFi and food could be better but overall a great place in Sanur.

Overall the hotel was pretty good but my bathroom with open ceiling was quite ridiculous. You can totally hear what your neighbors are doing in their bathroom. Plus you should smile when you do your business and a drone is flying over the complex ;)

Lovely gardens, choice of three great pools. Very attentive staff when dealing with them super friendly and kind. Great breakfast with fantastic choice. Really nice and mellow, great place to relax. Definitely would come back. Please update razors supplied as they really are dreadful or dont bother. Luckily brought my own but tried them and truely the worst ive ever come across unless you like shaving with a blunt razor. Larger Tea/Coffee cups would be a good idea. Nitpicking. Otherwise cant fault this hotel. Made our stay truely relaxing. Thankyou to all the wonderful staff.

Lovely spacious room, good sized terrace. Well equipped, great staff. Quiet, friendly place in a central location a few mins walk to the beach. 3 pools was nice to time for shade or sun. Bar prices very reasonable. Would stay again.
