We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff went above and beyond to help but they need more pool lounges and chairs around the pool as all were taken by 8am!! The hotel was clean but is due for an upgrade. Great location and pool!! Gus (the pool boy) was wonderful! Always willing to help with a big smile!!😊

We had a wonderful stay at Watujimbar, with an excellent King room with spa on the balcony, the inclusive buffet breakfast had many choices and made a great start to the day. All the staff are so friendly & a special mention to Lintang who goes out of his way to greet every person arriving or departing. The pools are brilliant & a great swim up pool bar.

Great position in the heart of Sanur, with multiple dining options in a safe, thriving shopping strip. Only a one night stay for us in transit, which met our needs. Check in wasn’t quite as seamless as expected, with initial confirmation that our room, listed as from 2pm, was told wouldn’t be ready until 3pm, however on a follow up at 2.30pm, was then ready. Room was larger than expected, with a large balcony( including a larger outside spa bath). Very comfortable bed and a very good included buffet breakfast.

A terrific stay. Staff were very attentive and professional. Our rooms were excellent, clean, bedding really nice and fresh. Very effective Airconditioning. Breakfast buffet was excellent. The decking around the pool needs some attention as it is worn, however it is about to be refurbished. This is a good property, great location and would definitely recommend.

Stayed at this resort 4 years ago so this is my second time. Resort itself looking a bit tired on the outside with some hugh cracks in the walls, kids pool had a tile missing which was dangerous, not sure if there were any others. Staff are great, brekkie same as 4 years ago. Location fantastic & lots of good restaurants in the area. Love staying Sanur side as it is more quiet. Thanks Sanur Resort :)
