Good hotel for the weekend
Brought the family for the weekend… Hotel was close to everything. Beds were comfortable and room had what we needed. We all slept late so when we went to breakfast it was almost gone and the kitchen lady didn’t want to accommodate any of the hotel guests that were coming in late so that was a bummer but that was the only complaint. Staff was very nice… I’d recommend and we’ll stay there again.

My biggest complaint was the hotels failure to make an older man put on clothes or at the very least shorts while walking around the hotel, sitting in the pool/hot tub, or even at breakfast. We were vacationing witb our 2 children under the age of 13 and seeing a grown 60 year old plus man naked in the pool was not acceptable. When brought the issue to the front desk they said there was nothing they could do about it. Very disappointed a d had I not already paid in advance for our room through expedia I would habe asked for a refund and we would have went elsewhere.

The bath tub had black mold in it . I was put in a handicapped room and the tub has a ledge instead of a strait wall so the cleaning people may not be aware there is a lot of mold.

It was pleasant. The shower took a very very long time to heat up every time one of us used it. Also the blackout curtain was messed up on one side and did not over the window.

Ruined a beautiful night.
After my son's wedding, I arrived at the hotel after midnight to find a filthy room. There was trash and liquor bottles left and a unmade dirty bed. The night desk person changed the sheets but didn't clean the room. The fan was also broken and making loud roaring noises so it couldn't be used and the room was hot. Instead of comping the filthy room, they offered me 50%

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our children have hit an age where we cannot stay in one room as a family, so we had to have two rooms. Upon check-in, the manager made sure we had rooms next to each other, which put us at ease. The rooms were as clean as you can expect a hotel room to be. Breakfast was good, but the lady working in the breakfast room was so nice and welcoming. This hotel was convenient to my brother's house, so we will definitely stay here again in the future.

Only issue close to a complaint is the breakfast, though pretty good, it was the same selections of food every day. A little variety would have allowed it to be exceptional. Maybe alternate bacon or other protein alternative for the sausage links?
