Everything was excellent during my stay at the BW Premier except for the drink I was served at the Chasers Bar, the usual and excellent bartender was available to serve my drink the alternate bartender has probably not being trained on how to prepare or serve the drinks

The room was great. The beds are hard and that makes for an uncomfortable night but I have that problem in lots of hotels. The air worked beautifully but the unit needed a little cleaning. The room had two ceiling fans and one made a horrible noise. The hallways smelled odd but overall it was a great stay.

When I arrived to check in the night manager gave me a room smaller than the one I reserved and then lied about it. .When I talked to a manager the next morning she admitted to me that the night manager had lied to me.!!!!! . Neither one of these people ever offered me the room I had been guaranteed and paid for in my reservation.!!!!!
