Love our stay!

We loved the room we were given but the TV didn't work and they were unable to fix it for us so they moved us to another room. This room was even bigger and better. Breakfast was excellent. We will certainly want to stay at Premier Best Western again.

The bartender left early, so the front desk personnel made the drink as best he could. I enjoyed the pool, but the hot tub jets were not working and someone poured a mound of a sand like element in there that I had not experienced on a previous trip. Breakfast was good, but an update wouldn't hurt. I have been visiting the hotel for three years, and the menu is always the same. All in all, still a good trip.

The property was super clean and well-kept. Staff was very nice. We booked the ocersized room and loved it! Beds were super comfy and the pillows were actual pillows. Had a great night’s sleep and nice big hot breakfast. If we ever come back to Denton, we will definitely stay there again.

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel! Everything was great from the minute we walked in. The location is perfect, the hotel is clean, and the staff is amazing. My daughter loved the breakfast options! Next time we are in the area, I would 100% pick this hotel again.
