Bad WiFi

The stay was fine. We were looking for a relatively affordable hotel. The WiFi was terrible. You couldn’t log in to your Netflix, Hulu, etc. because the WiFi was so bad. WiFi on phones and tablets was spotty at best.

The smell in the lobby was unpleasant, thankfully the rooms smelled fine. Rooms were clean and nice. The rest of the facility needed a freshening. The dryer heated and spun but didn't dry the clothes-we finally had to go to a Laundromat. I reported it but no compensation was offered. He did thank me for reporting it and said it would be looked at and fixed in a few days. I am disappointed in the decline of this hotel chain.

The hotel itself was fine. Nice and clean, basic. We parked in clear view of the hotel lobby door. When we got in to our car this morning the gascap alert was on and someone had siphoned approximately 4 gallons of gas. Will NOT stay again.

Nice hotel - glad I booked here

The staff was very attentive and helpful. Room was very clean. My overhead foyer light was burnt out, but otherwise the room was fine. Breakfast was a hot breakfast each morning which was quite good!

Property close to many dining options. A little loud at night being in close proximity to major traffic intersections. Overall a descent place to stay over. The 3rd floor unfortunately smelled like weed but that is the world we seem to live in now.

No one was there to check in when we arrived. We waited almost 30 min. The place was beat up and dirty. Our door hardly shut. Our tv was in Spanish and they couldn’t help us fix it
