I was very disappointed in our stay. As soon as we arrived to put our drinks in the refrigerator, there was leftover food inside. The shower was molded and the coffee maker in the room had mold inside. The next morning we woke up to eat breakfast and while waiting for my toast, there was a cockroach roaming under the serving trays. And another cockroach where the coffee maker was.

Excellent then saw a bug in my room
Saw a cockroach coming out of the bathroom this morning. I’m so disappointed because I would have given 5 stars across the board. The staff were all very kind. Several food options nearby and the room appeared to be very clean. Good breakfast options. The bed was so comfortable. I slept great. Room was quiet.

It was fairly average. Room was nice, however the toilet handle would pop off if you flushed it, so you had to do a slow flush. A singular bug was found in the bathroom as well. The staff member I spoke with, couldn’t get into my room after being locked out. My key and my boyfriend’s keys were deactivated it seemed. When issued a new key, it still didn’t work. A master key wouldn’t even open the door. I don’t understand. Other than that big hiccup, it was an average stay.

The people where not very friendly the bed was uncomfortable had u big dip in it , the hot tub had so much chlorine it made my eyes burn the vending machines didn’t work. The room smelled musty and the carpet was dirty mad my husband soaks dirty. I will not stay at this hotel again in fact o stayed at another comfort inn in the area and it was worse I think I will find a new hotel chain to stay at.

Unfortunately we had to switch rooms because there were bugs in the first room we got the second and still found some. It wasn’t as many so we just dealt with it. Both rooms had multiple stains on the floors and couch’s. There was also a kind of musty odor in the rooms and hallways. It seemed like all of the above may be a floor wide issue.
