The staff were great. Very attentive and friendly. Loved the bed, the view, and the separated bathroom, shower, and sink. It's close to the Paramount where we were going for a concert. They thoroughly communicated about street closures near the hotel with maps and directions, which I appreciated. All was clean and comfortable. Would definitely book again.

Very nice hotel. Did find the arrangement of the shower and toilet to be a bit odd? Not a lot of privacy if your not staying with someone you feel *really* comfortable with. Only other criticism is the trouble we had with trying to check out on time. There was a fire drill for staff that for some reason deactivated our room keys before the checkout time. We had to go back down stairs to ask the front desk to give us cards that work so we could gather our things from the room. Thankfully the staff took this into consideration and we weren't penalized for checking out a late. Overall not a huge problem. Only puts us behind schedule a little bit for our plans that day. The breakfast was fantastic and staff very friendly. We had a lovely stay.

What the hotel website fails to mention is the construction nearby and lack of parking on the property, which you will have to find parking offsite. The area is sort of shady and dirty. Construction fencing nd material surrounds the area and will be there for years.

Nice room, and friendly staff, but downtown Denver is noisy at night (even on a weeknight), and parking is very expensive (cost us an extra 50 bucks, and that wasn't even for valet). We'll choose the suburbs next time!

Small rooms but good location to downtown
Nice hotel that was clean and modern. Rooms super small however with no seperate bathroom (washbasin integrated into main room to disguise lack of space) Tram roadworks made access initially difficult. Parking 5 mins walk away in shopping centre for $16 as night
