Hotel was portrayed to be a BW. The property was just painted and a few new fixtures were added to the facility. The carpet in the hallway was extremely dirty. Once in the room there was something on the toilet seat and something spilled down the walls and never cleaned. The bathroom was extremely small along with the overall room size. We ended up not staying the night. The staff however were very kind and understanding!

Clean and very comfy. Perfect for Red Rocks show.
Needed somewhere close for a show at Red Rocks. Pleasantly surprised by the comfort and cleanliness of Best Western. The bed was amazing. Plus there is a 24hr store right next door. It is right off the highway so some noise from that but it didn’t bother us at all. Would definitely recommend.

There was so much noise from surrounding rooms, I felt like they were in the room with us. partying and drug use that was seen outside in the hallways as well as heard within the rooms beside. People pasted out outside the building, in the hallways and even outside the elevator. Felt very unsafe and uncomfortable. 4am there was someone walking the hallways with the phone on speaker both nights of the stay. The thin walls you could hear someone’s phone alarm going off down the hallway without being shut off from 2am on wards till around 6am. We tried calling the front three times with no answer to help us to get some sleep. The room had no toilet paper roll holder and the hooks in the bathroom were falling off. Also no hot water just warm. The floors and walls of the building were stained and falling apart, the room itself was okish but the bathroom was completely trashed looking and falling apart

Large, comfortable room. Great night's sleep. Breakfast was excellent - room was large and inviting. Staff very friendly. My only recommendation would be to add additional lighting in the sleeping area, perhaps 2 bulbs in each table lamp, as that area was a bit dark for me to see in my luggage.

Good location on the outskirts of Denver but if you have a room on the outside, I would think it would be very noisy with the roads. I had an inside room overlooking the pool (which was closed at the beginning of October), I could still hear the cars but less so. Front of house staff were absolutely great and friendly, the room was okay, a bit of wear and tare but comfortable. I had a king size bed room (no kitchenette) and just for me it was the right size. The onsite laundry room was great at a good price (compared to other hotels I had stayed in during my trip) - for a quick wash was $1.25 but I think the average for around $2.00. Drying was I think $1.50, so extremely reasonable. Parking was great, but if you have alot of luggage you will be making a few trips to your room. There are 4 entrances to the building but the front of house staff will let you know which entrance to use which is closer to your room. Outlet shopping mall is just across the road and there are many restaurants close by - first time eating at Olive garden which I loved (as love a bit of pasta). Buffalo Bill museum and great overlook of Denver is only around 20 minute drive from hotel - great for a morning activity and for the overlook a great evening photo opportunity.

Nice and convienent place to stay
My stay at this hotel was nice. The bed was super comfortable and the room was very spacious. There are some big gaps in the door so was a little freaked out as I was by myself but I "booby"trapped the doors and stayed safe.
