I booked this property and actually paid to stay there but never made it to the room!! Probably a good thing. Called to confirm room type and all. Front desk person said they would help take care of everything when I arrived. Upon arrival they wanted to charge me $70 more for the room I had called to make sure I booked. However, I used the facilities quickly and the place was filthy. The girls at front desk were rude and laughing. Went and stayed at a nice clean hotel instead.

Basic and convenient airport stay
1 night stay made necessary by flight delays and cancellations. Older hotel but very clean, convenient airport shuttle, breakfast, and close proximity to the airport. Great value. Exactly what we needed for a quick last minute reservation.

Great but breakfast no-show
It was great until we came down for breakfast. It was supposed to start at 5:30, but we were there at 6:30 and nothing was out yet. The front desk clerk was surprised by that but didn’t offer anything. We ended going to McD’s down the street. When we came back 45 minutes later, stuff was out by then and it looked good. I assume someone didn’t show up to work. I would probably stay again, everything else was fine. It was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Good airport location, friendly and clean.
Got stuck in Denver due to an airline, stayed at this place that was in good location for airport, friendly service, free breakfast and airport shuttle. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and staff make this place great. It's a little dated but not bad. Would stay again if held up at creepy Denver airport

The shuttle is not 24 hours
The stay was amazing. Only bad thing is they promote 24 hour shuttle when in fact it doesn’t start until 3am. Normally that wouldn’t have been an issue. But I only booked at this hotel for the 24 hr shuttle for a 4:30am flight. And almost missed it because I wasn’t expecting that I couldn’t leave until 3am.

The experience was really good in general. I traveled with my family and this hotel did good, specially with the shuttle service. Very accurate. The gym needs to be fixed. I try to use it but almost nothing worked in there.

Great for family of five, no eggs at breakfast.
Our stay was pleasant, our family of five all slept very comfortably in the suite with the pullout couch. The one thing that did not make me happy was the breakfast buffet. It promised scrambled eggs on the website and listing and there were no eggs at all. I’m gluten free and there was no fruit or protein, everything was bread products. Waffles, danishes & muffins, toast & bagels. It was very disappointing because one of my kids was really looking forward to the scrambled eggs and so was I. We chose the hotel partially based on the continental breakfast description.

The room was large and clean. Very quiet. Staff was great. Shuttle was fine and drivers were super. The only thing we didn’t like was the breakfast. No fruit or yogurt.
