Great hotel! Usually we stay in expensive hotels but when in Aurora the expensive hotels have nothing on this hotel. The staff are friendly, the beds are comfortable, it is quiet, nice hot tub and pool, and the breakfast has a great variety.

The check in staff let us in early and this was appreciated as my husband was ill. The room was clean. The breakfast was adequate. I used the fitness room which did not open until 9 am and breakfast was over at 9:30 so working out before breakfast is not an option. The fitness room has no weights and the left handlebar on the treadmill is loose but otherwise it is an adequate fitness room for this type of hotel.

We can afford much more expensive hotels but always choose this one when in the area. It is comfortable, staff are always friendly, and the hot tub and pool are always working. Keep up the good work!

The staff was wonderful, and the breakfast was pretty good. The rooms are a bit dated, but that’s to be expected with an older hotel. The only downside was the elevator a few times I selected my floor, the doors closed, and then it just reopened on the same floor without moving. Aside from that, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay overall.
