clean rooms

The bathroom supposed to be handicap accessible, but it had a very awkward layout. Nowhere to put any items barely place a bar of soap in the sink. Shower curtain was too short so all the water just spilled into the middle of the bathroom nothing else catching the water. the bench in the shower was falling off and hanging by two screws.

The front desk person wasn’t at the front desk to check us in. We had to wait in the vestibule and call the reservation line because no one at the hotel picked up the phone. Hotel was shabby, black stains in the toilet, hole in the bathroom room, gross stain on the bathroom wall. Seemed pretty clean otherwise. Was quite place overall.

Kind of a mess.

Nice staff, but the entire building and especially the room looks to be a maintenance disaster. Holes in the walls, trim falling off, loose shower pipe, and flooring in the halls long overdue for replacement.

I was a bit disappointed. I could have stayed at the Sheridan West for same price or less, but elected to stay at this place because it had a full size refrigerator and kitchen features, but would not do it again. It wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t as great as I had expected. Some unpleasant smells in this place, probably because it is very pet friendly. I asked for a new pillow case because I was not certain mine was clean and had an odor. The neighborhood is quiet at night and the parking lot is not crowded just to end this review on a positive.
