The front desk manager is super friendly and very attentive to the guests needs. The property has a few bad reviews, but after staying there myself, I enjoyed my stay so much a month ago, I have stayed two additional times since. Each time was more enjoyable than the previous!

Overall happy, plain but great value compared
Not fancy but it does the job for less than motel 6 etc. I’ve been for multiple stays and the value is great. Free parking, low deposit and generally quiet. It’s family owned and anytime I’ve had any problem key issue, locked myself out at 1am they have responded within 10-15 minutes. I’m never happy with anyone else’s bathroom but I really appreciated the window in the bathroom. If you’re a smoker they have seats outside of the units where you can look at the view instead of huddling in a weird square waaay away from your room. Other hotels in Denver may have cheaper rates but they will charge their deposit per night rather than a flat fee. The rate may be 70-80 a night but the deposit + parking really ups the cost.

Front desk was kind and helpful. It was very noisy, and the room wasn't cleaned well. The body towels that were provided were also the same size as the bathroom floor/bath mat towels, so they were very small. The disposable cups provided were also smelly and hopefully not reused.

Incredible value for money - very clean, and very helpful and friendly staff. The only con (depending on how you see it) is that it's on a major road and the windows aren't thick enough to drown out all the noise. We stayed in non-pet rooms and were initially in an end-cap room right next to the road and couldn't sleep. The staff helped us move further in to the building and it was great.

When I walked into the room, I could smell how clean the room was. I appreciated the staff asking which room I would prefer after I told her I was a traveling nurse and kept stupidly early hours, it was the extra bit of thoughtfulness that made it so nice.

It was a short walk to the last stop of a commuter rail line making it excellent for commuting to empower field , ball arena and city centre. This train only runs every 47 minutes and until 11 at night . The motel itself was ok I may not recommend it for everyone but I would stay there again . Also Goodies is a short walk for an excellent breakfast or lunch Wings and Things is a short drive for Tai food
