Location to airport is good. Breakfast room large, good selection of hot foods & cereals. Employees nice at breakfast room; not so friendly at the front desk, one of the most important area of a hotel where the guests make the first contact.

Misleading advertising

Son was treated very poorly checking in also in the morning there was no breakfast served as it stated in the advertisement. I would never rent this hotel if there was no breakfast for four people traveling from Dallas to Helena, Montana.

Awful

Construction going on and super noisy. They started work at 8am and worked until about 8pm or later. Very dirty with dust everywhere. Won’t be back and super disappointed we were not warned. They should be closed for this remodel

The hotel was under the remodeling. Elevator was unfinish wall, front desk was changing the floors, not stopper for my bus tab. I requested for the stopper, but there in not one stopper was available.

The hotel is currently (March 2025) being renovated, but it accepts guests. My room, for example, was repainted, has new furniture, appliances & TV. The bathroom has some new fixtures, but the new owners are still working on fixing it. I like that the room has a little balcony, but it still needs a screen door, and the glass doors need to be cleaned. The hotel is located in a fairly convenient location, as it is right next to Route 25, but because of the proximity to the highway, it tends to be a bit noisy. The lobby is being renovated as well, so it doesn’t look as inviting as pictured, but the staff are pleasant & helpful. If you are hoping to take a dip in the pool, you might have to wait until it is rebuilt. They do serve breakfast, however, and there is a little marketplace with munchies, drinks & beers.

This property was under construction. That was not advertised when we booked. We were in town for a very busy weekend and all the hotels were all booked up or we never would have checked in. The woman at the front desk should be fired. She was so rude and sarcastic. The construction going on all night, the whole place was terrible. We checked out one day early because it was to terrible.

I have stayed here many times and it was fine. I was not aware of renovation going on when I booked this time which would have been nice to know. It is a mess and should maybe be discounted or at least let people know the condition of the hotel. It was very disappointing but, the staff is always great.

Pretty good but still under construction

The staff were really nice and helpful and the room was clean and well organized but the room's phone wasn't working for some reason and i just couldnt get it to work Our bathroom was having work done as well as the rest of the hotel. I personally didn't mind it but thats something to consider if that sort of thing matters to me
