Smelled so bad of cigarette smoke even though is a non smoking facility. Place is worn out, we had a rough night with the room above us running around the room until 1 am. Someone in the room next to us had an alarm going all morning.

We payed for the upgraded spa room and the pipes to our bathrooom sink were wrapped in painters tape and leaked water onto the floor. The door was missing a deadbolt lock. The remote didnt work for the TV,except for volume. And there were black hairs on the pillowcases. The staff were dressed in pajamas and drinks were $2.50 each and they came warm, as the cooler that held the drinks wasnt even plugged in.

Room was not clean. There was hair in the bathroom and bedroom. The comforter was ripped up like a mouse had chewed it. The walls were scuffed and the paint was shipped. The elevator was dirty. And the airport shuttle service was an absolute joke. I waited for an hour and 20 minutes in the airport called multiple times, I was assured that the shuttle would be there soon, but it never came. I ended up paying for an Uber to my room.

Never again

Room was dirty, couch had stains, tub had stains. Toilet paper roll holder was loose and coming off the wall, as well as the towel hanger on door. Website said heated pool, this was not the case it was Ice cold, I hope they were using a salt filter because it tasted super salty. They had shady people coming in and out. Lastly we checked out a day early and they still charged me for the second night saying someone re-checked in.

There was nothing fancy about this hotel, which was fine. The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable. The only problem was parking. There seemed to be a limited number of spaces and from my room I could not see the car. I would and probably will stay here again when I go to Anschutz.
