I would have made 5 stars, and it was overal perfectly good experience. Just a suggestion, really, is that whatever cleaning product is used either to deodorize or clean the bedding is an absolutely overpowering chemical and scent. Would be awesome if hotels moved towards chemical free and unscented stuff for those elements because it was headache inducing. Some people are allergic to those sorts of heavy scents and it was a bit overbearing. Everything else- spot on and great!
