The hotel was centrally located. It’s an older building rooms were decent, cleanliness was ok. What I didn’t like or appreciate is the customer service experience from the guest services staff. They were rude, didn’t let me talk, talked over me, rude and unprofessional.

I THOUGHT THE ROOM WAS FINE. THE NEIGHBORHOOD WAS NOISY AND A LITTTLE CHAOTIC. ALSO, NO AMMENITIES AT ALL. YOU CHARGE FOR A SIMPLE CUP OF COFFEE. NO DESIGNATED SMOKING AREA EXCEPT ON TH STREET. THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH FOR WHAT WAS OFFERED.
