They taken all your money
Came to the Hotel early to check in. Everything appeared to work fine. Charged the normal $50 fee for incidentals. Two hours later we arrive with our guess and they keys don't work. I go down and they needed another $50 because they didn't capture the card. I could see the $50 that was held on my account but they requested another $50. I swipe my card they activate the keys and .....the door wouldn't open. I go up and down the stairs three times each with the person on the desk promising it would work. I finally ask to speak with a manager and the front desk lady radios someone who requests the door to be open. A maintenance guy finally comes to the door 30 minutes later and opens the door with a master key. Short time later they bring a ticket for free breakfast. I thought that was cool until I see they charged me $16 dollars for the breakfast ticket!!!! So I've spent $116 for things I havent bought. God knows what's getting charged next, in our one night stay.

The light switch didnt work so we had to unscrew the light bulb at night. The window was leaking. There were dirty spots in the bathroom. Stains on the extra sheets we got for the pull out bed in the sofa.

Non stop freeway noise from vehicles
My main complaint is the free way noise! It kept me up ALL night. There was never a time it wasn’t busy, and people would revv their engines, waking us up all throughout the night. It was honestly a pretty decent hotel other than that! The common areas were beautiful, the room was pretty good, but lacked a lot of amenities and seemed bare. The room ran very very hot. Has to turn the air down to 60 and open a window for it to be bearable.

I loved the fresh baked cookies! Good location for me to meet with family and friends. Room was cold and air vent only produced more cool/cold air. Rooms that are located in back deal with a lot of street noise!!
