Loved the hotel and would stay here again. The breakfast is outstanding and the afternoon snacks are great, too. However, do not book through Expedia. It’s a mess. I was double charged because I paid at the property and expedia had also charged me.

It Was The Best

Our stay was amazing. From check in with Rodd to drinks with Rob and Ben and dinner with Jessica, our stay was perfect. Those staff members, as well as the others whose name I can't remember were helpful, friendly and very attentive. The food was delicious, the pool and hot tub were clean and the room was quiet. Everything you could want in a hotel.

Humiliating

I was there 4 hours of a two night stay due to the rude interaction with the bartender. I was referred by a client, and excited to experience this Hotel. They offer free drinks and food in the evenings and free breakfast in the morning. I checked in,went to the pool, took a bath and got dressed for the dinner experience. It was 5:30 p.m. i had no interaction with anyone prior. Being new to this place and wanting to not be in the dining area with families and couples, as i was on my own,i inquired about sitting in the bar area. I didn't know there was another bar area in the back. I got some water and orderd a drink,they didn't have what i requested, so i then asked for a beer, i was then told that "I should just stick with water" perplexed and confused, i than got a plate of food,and went to the back area. Only to have the uptight bartender from the front,come back to motion to the bartenders in that area,with a cutting of the throat motion to not serve me. Again i was there for 4 hours. I have no idea what the issue or problem was, other than my appearance. I asked for a manager, that was not provided, i asked the front desk,if it was the way i was dressed,because i was by myself.maybe thats why they offer free drink cards,so the bartender can refuse services. I was confused,humiliated and embarrassed with NO explanation or compassion. I was planning on staying for two nights. I take myself for a getaway whenever I can. So dissatisfied with my treatment. I left at 6:30

Wonderful hotel and a great experience staying here! Have stayed here every chance i get, and they never disappoint. Great staff - fast, friendly, and welcoming.
