Very nice. Convenient to performing arts center and 16th street mall. Valet parking overpriced. Breakfast good and well stocked. Pillows overly fluffy and not comfortable. Mattress seemed old or in need of additional padding.

The hotel room was very clean and spacious. Only complaints about the room was there were only 3 towels for our party of five. We called the reception desk and they said housekeeping would bring more. They never came. Also, surprisingly, the shower had great water pressure. But, it would only get lukewarm at best. After swimming in the pool, everyone was hoping for a hot shower. It was barely warm, every time. Huge plus was the breakfast. It had a great assortment and a custom order omelet station which was fantastic. Everybody found something they liked, staff was quick and friendly...probably best breakfast buffet from a hotel I've ever had. Valet parking was the only option and pretty expensive. But valet staff was quick and very helpful about the surrounding areas.

I like the property, it was clean and comfortable the only thing it was the parking charge of $58 for a night without my knowledge. I let them know I bring my car and they said “it is ok” but never talk about that amount and I did not agree with that

The shower didnt work properly. It didnt heat up. It drizzled slowly. This morning at 8 am a heard a slight knock on the door. It immediately opened up to my surprise. It was the cleaning person. I asked her why she opened the door she said to check on the room. I am concerned about theft. Why during the time frame of breakfast would someone open the door if we have not checked out. It is a huge safety concern for me.

I liked this hotel, but parking was valet only. Service was amazing, but my room was not the cleanest, there were stains on the furniture in the room. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Loved the restaurant on site. Pool was ice cold, and no hot tub. The location of this place was amazing, lots of things to do and see, within walking distance. Very convenient.
