The property was amazing the staff was super friendly and helpful. Only hiccup was one of the elevators was out of service at the time. It caused a little time blockage here and there but everything was great!

First time family trip in Colorado

Family of 5 - comfortably slept in room with 2 queens and pull out sofa. Housekeeping forgot to come back to us one day. On a good note, complementary breakfast was amazing with so many options. Front desk wasn’t very helpful when asked about transportation recommendations. Hot tub wasn’t working and they didn’t seem to care to fix on our last night. Lots of friendly staff and some not so friendly. Overall, hotel was clean and despite little issues we would go back.
