We really liked the hotel, it was clean, comfortable and convenient. Unfortunately, the woman who was working at the front desk was incredibly rude, disrespectful and the exact opposite of gracious, kind or helpful. At 12:30 in the morning after a long day of travel when we arrived to check in to our 2 reserved rooms, she said we only had one, that there was nothing she could do and that’s what happens when we book with a third party. I showed her my Expedia confirmation showing two paid rooms with two different names, still said there was nothing she could do, that this happens all the time with third party bookings and her attitude grew increasingly disrespectful. When we asked to see the list she had with all the reservations we pointed out our other room with the other name. She never apologized for her behavior rather acted as if it had never happened.
The next morning when we went to get coffee we noticed the carafe was empty. We went to the front desk to ask about more coffee, the same woman was still there. She told us that the lady was in the kitchen and to go ask her. The shuttle driver overheard the conversation and immediately said he would go inquire about more coffee.
I can’t imagine anyone would want this woman to be the face of their business and the person in charge of setting the tone for their guests.
