I made an advance reservation for the Fairfield Inn SW Denver/Lakewood for one night on October 28. When I arrived to check in I advised the desk clerk that we were traveling with our dog. The desk clerk said, “Oh, we’re not pet friendly.” I said, “your website clearly states you are pet friendly.” The desk clerk said, “We have a placard posted on the door that indicates we are not pet friendly.” I replied, “A placard on the door doesn’t do me much good now.” I went to another hotel and secured a reservation. I will not stay at a Fairfield Inn in the future. And I recommend that the company correct their amenities list to delete any references to being pet friendly.

Spent 9 days in Colorado this summer and stayed a different place every night. This was one of the best. It was clean and staff was helpful. They helped me with coins for laundry. Laundry room was clean and happened to be on my floor. Was close to Red Rock amphitheater. Would stay here again.

It was close to Red Rocks Amphitheater and downtown. Easy deliveries. Plenty of parking and easy drop off. Breakfast options were yummy and full sized shower toiletries. Enough towels and spacious room. Black out curtains and drop sunshade was perfect. Variety of breakfast beverages and coffee in room. Microwave, fridge, and coffee machine available. Cups, lids, sleeves, and sweeteners provided. Service available and nonintrusive.
