Well I had to move. Rooms because they sold the two bed room I paid for. They put me up in a king for the first night. Then we had to move after going to the front desk several room . I get to see my kids once a year so I booked the best room at a place I thought there would be no issues but I was wrong. We went to Breakfast in the morning and the lady was rude on our first day which set the mood for our stay. Overall the staff was nice but I feel I was ripped off and paying that kind of money is not easy for us so I wanted everything to be good. The room we eventually was out in was ok looks like they had some maintenance issues and was in mid fix for the kitchen sink I am assuming it leaked and they threw a board up to cover it . Like I said since we booked the beat and The Hyatt name has some meaning I thought it would be better!

We spent two nights here, adding a night to the front side of an existing reservation at the last minute , because we arrived in Denver early. Check in was a little complicated trying to merge the two reservations together so we didn’t have to check out and check back in as two different stays, but no harm no foul to the front desk staff. The only issue we had with the property itself is that the elevator that served our side of the building was not operable, which created a long walk to and from our room to the nearest working elevator. S**t happens sometimes, it is what it is. The rest of the property was wonderful, it was clean, quiet, and comfortable for the duration of our stay, and we’ve been to something like 9 different hotels over the last 14 days. Glad we were able to end our trip on a high note in a well appointed property that is kept up to par with the Hyatt name!

Easy check in process, nice clean room, quiet and safe, restaurant for easy access to food. I thing that sucked was the airport shuttle only picks up from one side of the airport so we missed it but the hotel made it right and got us a Lyft.

We like the wonderful and comfortable rooms with kitchen and living area. They have on elevator down throughout our visit. We were very frustrated with the airport shuttle service. The staff told us they are changing the shuttle service as of June 1. Hopefully that will help. We chose this property because it was close to the airport and we were attending baseball games every day. We were taking the RTD train from the airport to Union Station to go to the game. While the shuttle is supposed to run every 30 minutes, on two occasions we waited more than 1.5 hours for the shuttle. Twice we gave up and took taxis adding $100 to our travel expense.
