Nice stay. Great breakfast.

Had a great 3 days here. A couple of hiccups, they forgot to leave soap and washcloth after cleaning the room, but was not a problem and the front desk staff was great. Overall had a great stay.

Overall property was pretty average they clean your room every other day they have free breakfast that changes each morning (just be careful one day the fruit was moldy and there was something floating in my drink) there is a lot to do around the hotel and it is right off the exit which was helpful in getting around easily Also amazing view of the mountains

Poor service, unclean

The knob of the bathroom was broken, and no one came to fix it. Breakfast was missing key items. The entire place is falling apart and the manager on site was least bit concerned and blamed the customer owner for the state of the hotel. Don’t stay here- it was awful.

After a long drive, we arrived 30 minutes before check in and was told hotel policy is 3:00 period. I get it; however, we did have a busy schedule and so we had to take all of our luggage with us to our event. I just feel that makes it inconvenient for a patron, especially that close to check in. The breakfast was out of everything at 7:45am and the employees putting the breakfast out were just standing around laughing and visiting. The pool was freezing to the point you couldn't hardly stand it, and no hot tub. There was construction tape all around it and a dirty site to look at. Honestly, I don't usually leave negative reviews, but for a Hampton, I was very disappointed. The front desk clerk was super nice though! He needs to get a job at a better hotel!

The breakfasts that were offered need improvement. The toasters did not work to welland had to be on darkest setting to get them to toast a bagel. Otherwise everything was ok.

The hotel is fine, as a place to stay, as long as you don't mind paying both Expedia and then getting double billed by the hotel after you check out. I called the manager the day after check-out and she acknowledged the error. She said she'd refund me, but then billed me a third time. She later reversed one of the three charges, leaving me on the hook for paying twice. The manager ignored several calls and emails, and only called me back to yell at me one week later. She refused to accept evidence that I emailed her, showing a receipt from Expedia and my bank statement showing the Hotel's name and arrival date on multiple lines with different reference numbers. Again, the hotel is fine - as a place to stay, but the management is not customer-friendly, so I'd look elsewhere.

Avoid this place!

Worst hotel stay my husband and I have had in years. Poor service, very unfriendly staff, marginal breakfast, broken deadbolt on room door, and a very loud HVAC system.

Was there one night out of a four night stay due to the poor conditions. I was told by staff at the front desk I would receive a full refund, which I still have not gotten. Just a run-around from different staff due to lack of management in duty.

Pros: staff was nice and breakfast good. Cons: The carpet in hallways stained and so was the furniture in my room. Chaise and chair were grossly stained. I asked if they could be steam cleaned. They said there is no steam cleaner available. The chaise could be removed, but no replacement furniture available. No other rooms of that type available, but I switched rooms anyway. The desk chair in new room was also stained. I understand they are renovating October 2025. Until that time I could NOT recommend this hotel. They would not comp me anything for my time and effort of repacking and moving because I booked through Expedia.
