It is a good hotel, clean, comfortable, in a good area. I didn’t have any issue. I was even greeted with 2 bottles of water for being a Hilton member!

System doesn't show reservation type?
Made a reservation for a room with a king size bed but was given one with 2 queens. When I brought up this issue, I was told that their system doesn't show what I reserved. I asked if we could get a room with a king and didn't get a reply so I asked if there was a price difference between rooms and I was told no. At this point I just wanted to get to my room so I stuck with the 2 queens.

Their computer system was down so it took forever to get checked in. One worker was very rude and couldn’t get anything done until the manager came so we just had to wait in the lobby for an hour.
