Excellent breakfast. Very helpful staff. It's a little difficult to get to the first couple of times because of all the little twists and turns in the road, and because the building does not stand out from all the other architecture in the area.

Nice room , clean and comfortable, but housekeeping never came on the day they were expected, which was supposed to be every other day. We got back to our room too late to call housekeeping. This was disappointing.

Almost a good experience but doable.

Our shower doesnt work. The parents left a lot of their kids unsupervised in the pool and the kids were EXTREMELY loud (high pitch screaming, jumping/pushing each other and taking up all the room in the pool) - resulting in all the other guest leaving early.

Some great. Some not.

Young man at the front desk in the evening had a very flat affect with no welcome or smile. Immediately lowered our enjoyment of staying here. The "Snack Suite" was very bare with very few choices. Disappointing. The room was very clean but missing bedding for the pullout sofa bed. The bathroom was also very clean and well appointed with skin and hair products.
