Was given the wrong room at check in time and the room was dirty with urine already in the toilet and dirty towels in the bathroom and then told there no housekeeping available and no other rooms so had to stay the night in a dirty room..also there was a shooting that night in the parking lot so felt very unsafe

The first night we stayed the breakfast the next day was minimal. We arrived at the dining room about 9 and most items were picked over or gone. The next day, a Saturday, was much better. Room was clean and comfortable. Worth the money. A nice hotel all in all.

Check in process was horrible I rebooked my room and the machine kept declining . I explained to the staff at the front desk that its likely a problem from their end given 2 other peoples cards also got declined but he dismissed me. I missed out on plans because of that. The hotel is also under construction , which the website does not mention and that was dissapointing. The bathroom tub doesnt drain as well.

Hotel is in a nice, convenient location In Cherry Creek. The breakfast was great (sausages!). Our check in guy William was super. The only complaint can apply to most hotels--not enough lighting in room or bathroom

Everything was average. Nothing stands out to make this hotel above the rest. What the issue was asking for a pack and play and being told there will be one in the room upon arrival. It was not there nor available. For a hotel of a 150 rms to only have 2 pack and plays available is not a good standard practice. The only solution was to go to target and buy one.

Property and room very clean and well maintained. Friendly staff. Property well located if you are looking to see someone at University of Denver. Very quiet, thought we were the only people on our floor because we heard no one. Only criticism is the parking area. If you were coming back in the early evening there was limited availability. And you are charged $10 a day for this.
