The room must have been used for pets, it had a smell like there had been animals that may have urinated in the room and two large brown stains next to the bed, which I put a towel over while I was there.
The property itself was fine; however, the room I stayed in was on the 2nd floor facing the air conditioning units. Although I was not in the room that often, when I wanted to be and open the drapes the view was unappealing. Bird poop on the unit. Probably would stay again but ask not to be in that room.
It's in a fairly new housing tract area there's a few good restaurants in the area but you need a car to get around the area... it's not walkable.. but rooms were very nice and comfortable
Got an email from Hilton for express check in but link didn’t work at all. Took longer than normal to check in at the desk. System wasn’t working well. Had to try two different credit cards for incidentals
The rooms were large and very comfortable. They were also very clean. The staff were also all very nice and helpful. Gym was clean and sufficient. One issue is that the front desk staff were smoking near the building entrance.
There was mold growing in the shower, stains all over the couch and carpets and it was run down in the room. The lobby was nice, but the room was disappointing.
The property is in a good location. The common area was well kept, but could use some carpet cleaning in the hallways. The breakfast was good with many options to choose from. The staff was very nice and accommodating, especially Kam who was very nice and helpful during our stay.
The room smelled of smoke. The room had no chair to sit in other than desk chair. Too much light around door. Halls not clean and smelled dirty. Coffee service very poor. I will not stsy there again under sny circumstances. Makes me question staying at any Hampton. Hilton is slipping IMO.
