I enjoyed the stay, and the event I attended there was excellent. However, I think it is unconscionable to charge $65 to valet park when the garage is located down the street from the hotel for a cost of $6.00, but due to weather or if you are leaving in the early morning hours when it is dark and traveling alone (as was I) it is dangerous to have to enter the parking lot alone. I also thought the additional $50 early check in (I arrived at 12/check is at 2:00) was a bit unreasonable.

The room was great and the dining options around the area were fun as well as tasty. My only complaint would be that the parking situation is weird. Valet is too expensive for us. We parked in the garage the next block over which was really cheap however it was an awkward setup that didn't feel good and was inconvient.

The location was really good. The rooms are a little dated but the beds and pillow were comfortable. I had a great breakfast downstair and the waitperson, Anthony, was excellent and started my day off with a big smile and fun conversation. I was traveling as a solo female for work and felt safe at this hotel and location.

The bed and pillows were comfy. I feel like the room and hallways should have been a little more cleaner and up to date. The shampoo holder and a lamp were broken in the room. There was some brown stuff on the walls of the shower. They only had decaf coffee for my room I asked and they said that’s all they have. I like how conveniently located it was.
