Not the best, not the worst.

Overall the stay was good. We made the most of it. The bed was a little too firm for our liking. Would have also been nice if they at least included some bottled waters for our morning coffee vs having to purchase 1 each morning or run down to the gym for a bottle refill. We reserved a premier corner room but it didnt feel so premier or like a corner room. Perhaps, I should have confirmed the type of room we were given. Would we stay there again? Maybe, if the rates are lower. The best part was when it snowed... Beautiful scenery and fun walking around while it snowed.

Time travel in Salt Lake

Hotel has no parking had to use public parking at $50 per day- no one to help take luggage up - bathroom you step up into- this is a boutique hotel more historical than practical for business.
Almost broke my neck in the middle of the night...

I traveled all over most of the countries since 2012 and stayed at hotel ,but this is the worst experience i had in my life . Staffs they are so ignoring and useless. They don't even provide us water in the room . Very bad experience.
