I had reserved with breakfast included but then upon arrival i am told it wasn’t. My welcome email listed breakfast at $12 but at restaurant they said no, it is $15. Lots of false advertisement. Also, no safe in room.

Parking is not free
It was not mentioned on the website that parking is paid parking per day. They told us it was because they have a security officer at night but they also have a sign posted that reads the hotel is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles. So it is unclear what the reason for paying to park is.

Very nice stay in Tech Center
Very nice stay. Front desk staff were wonderful and probably the best part of the stay. Room was nice, though age and use were showing. Breakfast was very good and convenient. Overall a very nice stay.

Marsha at the front desk was amazing. Only 1 elevator worked so it was very slow to get up to our room. The room was decent and clean. However the noise from anyone closing their doors on our level was very loud all throughout the night which made it difficult to sleep. Just the regular noise of the doors closing was extremely loud and could be heard from inside our room even at the other end of the hall. Good not great.
