Everything was extra...breakfast, water, everything. Was irritating see these things everywhere. Im surprised you werent charged per flush. Room was decent. Staff were there, but disnt go out of their way. So service was good, not exceptional.

Stay here many times and always happy! Staff very nice and nice rooms and the location is convenient. Plus Italian Steakhouse that is attached to hotel is a definite perk!

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly however we arrived shortly after 4pm and our rooms were not ready. We waited in the hotel bar until 5 but they were still not ready. We were changed to a different type of room so that we could get changed after a long day of travel. It was disappointing that we could not get our reserved rooms that late in the day when check in is supposed to be available at 3pm.

When I booked the stay it said online breakfast was included. When I checked in, the front desk breakfast is not available. Otherwise the hotel was just ok. Nothing fancy but certainly not remotely the best. This is your standard 2-3 star stay.

The property was very clean and the front desk staff was very helpful on several occasions. We didn't eat breakfast in the morning, but our dinner in the steakhouse was fantastic. All four of us loved our meals and the bar/serve staff was terrific. The outlet mall and other shopping/dining options are very near by. Pool is smaller but pool and spa were up and running. We will definitely start here again if in the area!

My stay is awesome but not happy and not certified with my booking with you (hotel.com). I reserved two rooms for two nights and I paid for that $ $493.80 for that two rooms but when I check in on Saturday October 11, 2025. Hilton Garden Inn told me that I only have one room reserved, so I have to paid again at the Hilton Garden for my second room with $246.90. With all the crazy issues or services you gave to me is very poorly services. You frustrates me and gave me so much stress with your poor organized. You need to refund all what I have paid to you back to my debit card. If you don’t believe me you call this person at Hilton Garden Inn. Michael Marchese, General Manager at Hilton Garden, this is his numbers 303-255-1000 or 303-255-1002. Or maybe you the hotel.com is attentional made that issue up to me to get paid double so you get an over charged on me. Please respond back to me to clarify this problem as soon as possible.
