This hotel is nice in the common areas but don't be fooled the rooms are very poor condition and not clean. Rude staff member at the front desk. The parking is expensive and difficult parking garage to navigate. They also charge for breakfast which is no better than the free breakfast at most hotels.

The staff was great, the room was clean and quiet. Our stay was marred by the out of control children in the pool using “noodles “ as whips against the water and other kids. We planned to enjoy a nice afternoon at the pool but were unable to do so because of the poorly behaved children. The staff needed to tell the parents to control their children.

Went to turn on tv, didn't work-,maintenance had to come fix. Went to call front desk to report, phone dead (couldn't resolve), but the last straw was when I went to run water to take a shower and the water backed up (clogged rain) and disgusting debris and hairs came up from drain. When I called front desk, I had to insist to move. They wanted to keep me in the room and send maintenance up to fix. Finally got a room change ( I have never asked to move rooms in my life) to only arrive to stained white sheets/duvet.

Really nice lobby and pool area. Great staff. Comfortable beds and clean rooms! We were happy to stay here at the Double Tree. Plus, the complementary cookies were DELICIOUS!

It was fine.
It was an average clean room but a bit on the small side. It was okay . They did have a pool party with very loud music that filtered through the windows, but luckily it rained and they stopped.

The air filter in the room was clogged. AC was struggling to blow room wasn’t as expected. You could feel the springs in the mattresses I expected higher quality, no soap in the shower was not refilled.

Customer service won't help if there's a complaint
The hotel itself was nice, but they had a paid party there, so there was a bunch of drunk people being loud in our hallway and kept us up until 4am 😡 when we talked to the front desk about it, they just said although they've had many conplaints about the rudeness of the party guests, it was a paid party, so they couldn't do anything about it, and refused to give us any kind of refund or anything dor the rudeness. We paid a lot just for 1 night and they just ignored us because the party was a paid party

There was an upcharge for everything, they don't even have free coffee in the morning it is an automated machine that takes credit cards. Also, my remote didn't work for my tv, I went to the front desk, they said they would send house keeping, no one every came.
