The hotel is nice and the room was spacious. The bed was very confortable. The only thing I did not like was the carpets in the room and the corridors, they are dirty and stained. It is time that the chain hotels start utilizing a floor that is easy to clean daily.

Good location, good value. Our sliding door to balcony was nearly impossible to open. Balcony had nothing, no chairs, table, etc. And balcony floor was dirty. Breakfast ok but overpriced. When I order toast I expect to get two slices - like everywhere else in the world, got one slice.

Disappointed that the pool was closed. We were in town for a soccer tournament and our kids were looking forward to relaxing in pool between games. This was the main reason I stayed here. Had i known I would have chosen a different hotel.

Hotel was is a good location. Rates very reasonable, though disappointing to have to pay $15/night parking when most Holiday Inns have free parking. Coffee offered at the front desk, has a tiny sundries store for drinks/snacks. Lobby is lovely, staff friendly. Room itself was fine, but dated and there are not a lot of outlets for devices. Overall, fine, nothing fancy.

I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Denver East. One of the things I appreciated most was the secured parking garage—it added a strong sense of safety. Access to guest floors required a key fob through the elevator, which I found to be an excellent security feature. The room itself was very clean and well-stocked with amenities such as lotion, body shampoo, and a hair dryer. The on-site restaurant was a nice bonus, offering convenience and quality. The front desk staff was especially welcoming and provided excellent customer service throughout my stay. The location was also ideal—not far from Denver International Airport (DIA) and only about a 15-minute drive to downtown Denver, which made exploring the city easy. Overall, I had a positive experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting the area

Overall stay was ok. I would stay again if I had to. The noise on the north side of the hotel as bad. It must be near a fires station as I heard multiple sirens during the night and cars revving their engines at 2:30 in the morning. Our mattress had a sink hole on my side of the bed. Other than those two issues not too bad.

3 stars. Restaurant staff was great. The rooms need major upkeep. Showers don’t change temperature so you get what you get, some of the room thermostats don’t work properly, had to have a shower snaked for 45 min because it didn’t drain, one of the sliding glass doors didn’t lock because it was broken. None of the room phones worked. The gym thermostat didn’t work so it felt like a hot yoga class in there, and there’s weights that are missing. Lowest they have is 25lb. Everything seemed to be clean though so that’s good. This did not go into my rating of the hotel but just an fyi, there’s a lot of homeless around, so if you’re thinking about walking too far, don’t.

Sadly pool was closed so that’s why I booked it here so I was so sad they didn’t have it in service to use but no worries because they were able to tell us where to go that’s owned by the same company to still swim we also we able to use the hot tub and had a lot of fun
