IHG is usually better than this

Days Inn level accommodations at Marriott prices. No fridge, smaller than usual rooms, and expensive but unhelpful valet. This was my first experience with valet not offering to pull my suitcases out. When checking out, we called valet from the room and came out to find our car parked with no attendant, then after waiting 5 minutes by our car had to go fetch our own keys.

AN ENJOYABLE STAY AT THIS HOTEL. A NICE ROOM AND FACILITIES, WALKABLE TO THE FREE RED BUS THAT TAKES YOU AROUND DENVER AND ALSO DINING OPTIONS. HIGH PRAISE FOR GIOVANI WHO WAS SO PLEASANT AND HELPFUL EVEN PRINTED US A MAP OF THE RED BUS ROUTE SO WE WOULDN'T GET LOST AND ASSISTED ME IN GETTING LYFT TRANSPORTATION TO THE AIRPORT, I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN WHEN IN DENVER.

Fix Ac!!! We had to have a dirty fan in our room since it seems this is a constant thing. The front desk staff was horrible but manager was great and made our stay a bit better. Breakfast options was great!

Won’t stay there again

They didn’t have my room when we got there. They promised me a room and didn’t get one the first night so we stayed in a friend’s room. Charged me more for the second night and never canceled my reservation with hotels.com for the first reservation and I never got refunded. Plus the AC didn’t work and they handing out box fans at the desk and ran out.
