Very noisy

Bathroom was cluster phobic very small, room temperature was very cold but young lady at desk brought in an amazing heater, couldn’t use microwave no tray in microwave, it was soooo noisy outside. Just not a good experience for the money (pricy).

The road in front of the building was closed and made it impossible to get there. I would have appreciated a warning and directions of how to enter. But the worst part was our room didn't have any AC. It was so hot and all they could do was bring a loud box fan that just moved the warm air around. We ended up blocking the door open with a chair just to get some air. There was no vent in the bathroom so when you showered the whole room was humid enough to cover the window. Only good thing was the view from that window, very good location for it. Would not stay again.

Great location downtown Denver, an easy walk to the 16th Street Mall and everything it has to offer. I very much appreciate a simple hotel that includes breakfast rather than the fancy ones nearby that have a Starbucks in the lobby. The elevator is a challenge, as you have to scan your card key, but the room was quiet and nice enough. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were great. The breakfast good and rooms clean. We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for the same price, but one room was smaller with no refrigerator or microwave. The entrance to parking was very difficult to find..

I have stayed at many Holiday Inn’s, and never had a bad experienced like I had at this property. The hotel room was outdated, You couldn’t control the temperature and the walls are thin. There were times when we showered with lukewarm water. Our phone in the room didn’t work, the ice machine did not work. The only good experience from this hotel was the breakfast and location.

The hair drier didn't work and there was no hot water. The hotel said they couldn't rebate any thing because we used Hotels.com to book the room.

Its a decent hotel for price and location. Bathrooms are small and corner rooms have toilet at a angel not comfortable. Basic breakfast. Decent deal for downtown. Be prepared to find paid parking near.

The staff that I interacted with were all very nice and for the most part helpful, but I notified the front desk that my air conditioning/heater was not neither turning off or getting warmer. My room staid 68° all night long. It was super cold unless I was under my covers. I was told that she would send someone up to look and none ever came

We stayed here for a couple of nights to attend a concert at Red Rocks. We arrived around 6pm and were checked in right away. The room was pleasantly clean and we had a great view of the city. Our room was cleaned every day while we were out which was pleasant to come back to. Breakfast was okay, but it was disappointing that the option of bacon and sausage switched based on the day. Photos showed “fresh” cinnamon buns but they ended up being prepackaged and kinda gross. It was convenient for walking to places in the city, with this location being about a 20 minute walk from Union Station. We checked out at 6 am and couldn’t find a drop box for the keys so we left them on the front counter since there wasn’t anyone there at the time. Overall we were very happy with our experience and would stay here again!
