I recently stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and had a generally positive and bad experience. The hotel's cleanliness and daily housekeeping services were exceptional. However, I felt that the amenities fell short of 3 star expectations. Some notable omissions included: •⁠ ⁠No complimentary breakfast •⁠ ⁠No free coffee or refreshments for guests •⁠ ⁠No pool or jacuzzi •⁠ ⁠No microwave available While the hotel's location was convenient, parking free, the lack of amenities made it feel disappointed.

Things generally seemed broken - had a broken Keurig in my room, the call elevator buttons didn’t light up, the coffee machine downstairs was broken, etc. Breakfast options were minimal and everything needs to be bought, even $4 for the coffee machine in the lobby. Staff generally seemed pretty apathetic about issues.

Nice, clean, safe hotel and area. My only complaint was the bed. The mattress had large compressed areas that threw my back out of alignment while sleeping. Because of that, I didn’t sleep so well. It was extremely quiet. A complimentary cup of coffee would be appreciated in the lobby.

I regretted extending my stay, all my reservations are made through Expedia, I decided to extend my stay, made a new reservation, made my payment and the next day the hotel staff wasn't aware of my new reservation or my extension, according to the manager “the system is different from the other systems”, at 10 am I informed housekeeping staff that I made an extension but again before 12 pm check out time that is informed on their website and anywhere in the hotel, the housekeepers began to bother me that they needed me to vacate the room to clean even though check out is at 12 pm And it wasn't 12 yet, I found it in very bad taste and I spent $ 132 on my second reservation so that the hotel would not have internal control of check out time and new reservations, very unpleasant. (the hotel is clean and comfortable) but you can hardly feel safe since unfortunately if your plans change and you decide to stay longer they will be at your door before 12 pm asking that they need the room, very disrespectful. So think twice !!!
