Thought the hotel room was really dark with the tiny lamps, everything felt cheap, room was not cleaned during our stay, requested fresh towels and didn’t get them, parking was overpriced and valet took forever in the morning, almost took 20 minutes to get a car, they should hire more people. Don’t think I’ll do Home2 Suites in the future.

The room was great and had an awesome view of the city and the mountains. Only thing was the front desk was only able to provide a hitplate and a relatively small saucepan. But we made it work and were still able to make our food!

Pretty much perfect as far as hotels are concerned. Friendly staff, lots of freebies (complimentary food and drink items for Hilton Honors members), the most incredible hearty and varied assortment of breakfast options, shampoo/conditioner/lotion/shower gel included in the rooms, big TV, comfy bed, sparkling cleanliness, and lovely mountain views. Stayed for a week. Zero complaints.
