The property was poorly maintained, as well as the rooms. Bedding was never changed with stains, holes and pet dander. Floors, walls and countertops were visibly filthy. The A/C unit was broken and made a loud banging sound when on, and the windows were screwed shut, so we couldn’t get fresh air. The bathroom was horrific to say the least; dirty, broken toilet with the toilet seat loose, paint cracked and chipped through the whole room. Terrible stay and would never recommend this place to anyone.

Photos in ad are complete & utter bs. No maintenance of any kind takes place here. Housekeeping is nonexistent & no staff members present on site, to offer assistance of any kind. It’s obvious the toiletries are being recycled & reused, as soaps are half empty. Toilet paper (w/out a holder) was at the end of the roll & most imperative to one’s stay (the bedding) was covered w/ holes ranging from mice bite size, to the size of my palm. 2 of the pillows stained w/ oil trails, reeked of clove & the room itself; of stale cigarettes. This place should be condemned.

I already have put in for a refund. We didn’t and couldn’t not stay in these rooms due to a smoke allergy. As you can see the burn marks on sink and furniture in my photos. Used shampoo and soap bottles left for us. Air didn’t work, heater wouldn’t shut off. Microwave plate missing. Looked at other rooms and it didn’t get better. Locks broken, doors repaired from being locked in, windows unusable. Rooms are not as advertised. Smell is horrible. Nothing clean about the entire facility. If security is posted at the front desk it’s already a bad sign.

Rats in room 202 ask maintenance my second day there about the toilet to be fixed nobody ever came to fix it we were there for 7 days. Lots of crime prostitutes in the area. Overall horrible hotel in the cleanliness is very bad towels were disgusting even after exchange very low maintained building the only thing good I could say is the AC worked great

Having a stove and big fridge was great but everything else was terrible. We tried 3 different rooms and each smelled more like smoke than before. Bathrooms and floors were disgusting. Cops were already showing up. Maybe not a good sign

This hotel was really below our standards. Looked like a fleabag motel with lots of sketchy people out on their balconies smoking cigs or weed. Room had bare minimum, queen bed but only one side table. No trashcan anywhere in the room. We stayed the first night because it was late when we arrived, but left the next morning despite having prepaid 2 days.

The room i was given.smelled like cigarette smoke, the kitchen floor had something sticky on it, and 1 stove hob wasnt working. Water quality and pressure were.decent. there was some mold inside the shower, bathroom didnt have any window, although a ceiling exhaist was provided. I liked that there was an empty lot next door with plants, and i liked the location a lot. Parking at my building was limited, had to park near the lobby. Lobby hours start at 11.

The room was very dirty and smelled very bad, the floor was full of trash, the bathroom was very dirty and had hair on the walls, the pillows were very dirty, I do not recommend this place. Well for the price it is fine and if you like staying in dirty places it is fine.

Air conditioner wasn’t working. No AC in bedroom. Went to office and complained, a hour later still nobody showed up. Couch had holes in it. Disgusting dirty air vents. No amenities like soap, hairdryer, nothing! Bathroom was dirty and unkept. Fridge with mold in it. Remote and phone was stick. Holes in walls and door that were patched. Being stained and plaster falling. Shady People hanging outside their rooms drinking and smoking pot. Trash everywhere. Cancelled my room and got my $50 deposit back but they refused to refund Expedia. So, they got paid for the room for 2 nights and rerented it. Don’t stay here if you value your life, your better off sleeping in your car.

Nice large room for a large family if you can't afford anything better, or have to stay someplace for business. Beware of cockroaches, Staff is unfriendly and Office is Closed after 7pm, not sure when it opens. Must pay in advance by CC to secure your room. If your smart you will stay someplace else.
