Property was clean nothing crazy. The hotel only provided 2 towels for a room with 2 beds, I wish they would’ve provided more. The front desk women were so nice and helpful. The floor in the hotel rooms were a bit dirty. The sheets and towels had weird stains I understand other people use them but it was a bit gross. You get what you pay for but overall it was very quiet in the area and great service. The beds are comfortable and the price is just right.

2 Guys selling drugs in the parking lot, no real parking options if you are pulling a trailer, definitely no sense of this being a safe place to stay.

First off, I don't normally give negative reviews and try to cut properties slack, this time is different and this place is absolutely terrible, the room was marketed as non smoking.. when we arrived we couldn't even stay in the room for 5 minutes without choking up. We ended up going to the local Walmart to purchase air sanitizer and diffuser to help mask the smell, didn't help much but made it somewhat tolerable. In addition to the smell, the area just didn't seem safe and we had folks loitering right in front of our room until into early morning hours.. Talking loud / yelling / screaming... I called the front desk and the lady was really apologetic and offered a room on second level.. the smell and condition of room was no better.. I will NEVER stay at another Red Roof Inn due to this horrible experience.. STAY AWAY if you have any other options.. NEVER AGAIN.. I would give my stay a ZERO starts if possible.

The walls are very thin and in a busy area. Vehicle noise is very loud in the room. People are outside in the hallways till late talking loudly which can be again heard in the room

I got in late from the airport and needed a quick place for my boyfriend and I to stay for the evening. Upon arrival, the girl at the front desk told me that she had 3 reservations for me. I told her that was a mistake, we only needed one reservation. While I was trying to book the reservation directly through the website, the website kept crashing. I received no confirmation of booking at that time. I then booked on Expedia and the reservation went through and I received confirmation for that. The night girl said I needed to speak to the manager in the morning to get it refunded. When I went to speak with the manager, Yessica, in the morning- I explained the situation and she looked at me and said “there is nothing I can do for you.” She said, “I can’t refund you, you should have used the rooms.” I explained it was the websites error not mine. She offered no help and was extremely rude. I asked if there was someone in upper management I could speak to or if she had a phone number for customer service, and she said “nope, nothing.” She offered zero help and it was extremely frustrating to be treated that way when I was just asking for help to get their mistake fixed. I work in customer service and would never think of treating someone that way. I was charged $534 in total between the deposits and 3 room charges. The bathroom in our room was still dirty upon arrival and my boyfriend and I both woke up with bug bites on our ankles. Not a great experience all around. I really am
