Nice clean hotel in downtown Denver
While I was only at the hotel for one night I will tell you it was a very nice room and really clean. Only thing I wish hotel had was more dining near the hotel open late at night since we got in around 11pm the hotel dining option was closed as were most of the areas dining options within walking distance.

Overall we had a good experience, but there was some room for improvement! Did not get housekeeping services after requesting them from the front desk the day before, but staff were helpful with anything we asked for and knowledgeable about the area.

The staff members are wonderful! They were particularly helpful in a challenging situation for our family (unrelated to the hotel). Many thanks for their kindness. Nice clean room, quiet, comfortable, and fun to watch the snow fall outside in the city. Excellent restaurant! The hotel is in a perfect spot for city walking.

Lobby is beautiful and front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was ok. But super soft/squishy and not the most comfortable. No complimentary water for the coffee maker (they charge $4 in the lobby), and the incredibly LOUD door to the bathroom was awful. Everytime my husband used the bathroom at night, it sounded like a freight train to open and close the sliding door. Probably wont stay here again.
