Rock star treatment from when I checked in to when I checked out. Slept like a baby. Comfortable bed. Could sleep for days in it. Really cool lobby bar. Their breakfast is on point! This location is about 20 minutes from the airport. It is very close to the children's hospital and veterans hospital. The property is very nice and clean. I particularly enjoyed how quiet it was in my room. Apparently, there was some sort of soccer event with a bunch of kids but I could barely hear any noise from the hallway. Excellent!!! I would definitely stay here again.

Poor signs entrance not marked. Very little parking. Elevator at one end of building instead of in the middle. Made for a very long walk to our room. Won't be staying there again.

We’ve stayed at several Hyatt properties over the years and have never experienced such horrific service before. Area is not good at all but the property is secure so I gave it a chance. The whole Experience was unlike anything I’ve ever known. The general manager wouldn’t even have a conversation about the rudeness of the staff, smell in the room, unsavory individuals in the parking lot, lack of basic housekeeping (room was never cleaned) and when I asked to have a private conversation with him, literally SHOUTED at me upon leaving the property and told me that he wasn’t giving me any apologies and did not take any accountability for the situation whatsoever. I have multiple calls into corporate due to this situation and have not had ANY return calls. DO BETTER HYATT!!! And remove that obviously very unhappy GM that is “running” your property. This is right across the street from a Children’s Hospital and I certainly hope he doesn’t treat family members of sick kiddos like this!!
