Great customer service

This was a great hotel. When we checked in there was an issue with our room and the staff went above and beyond to try to make it right. I definitely don't mind when there's problems. If the staff seems to really care. They had top notch customer service. The facility was very nice and the pool was fun. The eggs weren't very good but that was my only complaint.

The desk people are super nice and it was fast and easy I like that I found parking near the entrance cause it was super cold and that they offer us as a wake up call since we told them that we missed out flight this morning so thank you so much
