Smelled like cleaning solution. This is the only one of the nearby airport hotels that doesn't include breakfast. It was $14 per person and the quality of the food was poor. The airport shuttle drivers were grumpy and the shuttles were not in good condition. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Close to train/lightrail station so it was convenient to get to from the airport and the Broncos stadium. This hotel is starting to show wear and tear but is still nice. It does NOT have a free breakfast. If you google it, Google says the breakfast is free. It is not. Currently, they are charging $15 per person for breakfast.

BEWARE hidden $100 pet fee

General stay was fine. Big surprise was the $100 pet fee on our bill AFTER we checked out. We only used the room for about 8 hours and left no trace of a pet. We were not informed of the fee on Hotels or at check-in. When I called after receiving the bill, I was simply told "It's on the website" with no recourse offered. It's not right that a hidden fee like this increases the bill by over 50% total.

I asked the receptionist for a king room and I got a double queen handicapped accessible room. If I booked it, it was by mistake and I wish he would have told me what I was getting so I could have made a change right away. I don't recall booking such a room, it was just me and obvious that I didn't need a wheel chair accessible room.

The couch and upholstered bench were covered in stains. The night table was full of crumbs. Bathroom towels had holes. Brought this to the attention of the morning front desk and she said “ok.” Not ok, I had to cover the furniture with their towels. As I was a late evening check in and an early departure it, I was too tired upon entering the room to go back down and complain. The check in was short staffed. One staff for a long line. Beware, there are signs posted that the property is undergoing renovation and to keep blinds closed. This was not noted on reservation sites.

Great location off “A” train line

The location was ideal as the 1st stop from the A line from the Denver airport. Hotel was just a short walk away. The hotel and room were clean. Check in was quick and easy. Would recommend this for travelers.

This hotel, while close to the airport, is not a convenient option for travelers. Upon arrival we reached out to the property for a shuttle and were told it would arrive in 30 minutes. That was way too long to wait given the short sleep we were going to have so we chose to Uber to hotel. Upon check in we were informed that all morning shuttles were already full. Restaurant was already closed when we checked in so we bought some items from lobby pantry. We were then surprised our room was not equipped with a microwave to heat said items. A "well used" microwave was available on certain floors. Subpar breakfast was available in the AM for $14/person.

Poor Excuse for a Hyatt Branded Hotel!

From check-in, to room assignment and cleanliness, to service. Everything about our stay was TERRIBLE! Absolutely not accommodating and atrocious cleanliness standards. Hair on pillow upon check-in, bugs on food, etc. Staff was very rude. I will never recommend this Hyatt. Such a poor representation of the brand. Utterly disgusted!
