The staff was absolutely amazing. After a rough day at the airport dealing with an overnight delay, the staff were welcoming and sympathetic to our situation. With no baggage at all, they made sure we had the necessities for self care. Hyatt came through for my daughter and I when we needed them. Thank you Hyatt family. There was a LOT of construction going on. This was not communicated. Also, the hotel offers a shuttle to and/or from the airport, but they do not tell you that you need to SIGN UP for the shuttle. My family of 5 was left stranded. Luckily, the public transit was close and we were able to ride it (for $20 extra dollars) and make our flight on time.

Rooms were really nice and spacious, staff was accommodating for a canceled flight. Would highly recommend this hotel although I did think the paid parking was weird, considering the fact that there were fields everywhere. Breakfast was amazing though.
