Good location and safe, wish to return

I had a good stay here. I just wish I could have stayed longer. It is conveniently next to the light rail and is quiet. I found the hotel incredibly peaceful with good customer service and a decent breakfast. The bed was large and comfortable, as was the seating area. There were also a decent # of plug-ins to charge devices. The bathroom was also nice. I just wish there was a tub, but oh well. Finally, I do very much recommend this place to folks going to Denver. Safe, good location, great customer service - like holding onto my bags, and very clean.

Great rooms, service could use some work.

The hotel environment was clean, warm and has everything you need. I stayed here on business and did not need to pack any extra necessities such as hair dryer and iron. The room had everything I needed. The only downfall of my stay were the front desk staff. They weren't very welcoming at all, didn't have much knowledge of the area and the amenities the hotel offered. One example was the free printer they had in the lobby for guests to use. I needed to print a report and when I connected my laptop, the printer stated no network. I asked the front desk for assistance and he stated he didn't know what was wrong with it, that it has been broken for weeks and he flat out was no help. I ended up resetting the printer myself, enter in the wifi credentials and was able to get it to work all on my own. Any time I walked pass the front desk, all the staff were on their phones, leaning on the counters, chit chatting and just not welcoming at all. It seemed like I was bothering them for asking for help.

If you want to light rail, train out by airport and spend night for an early flight, this is the place. Very short walk from Airport Train to the property and back. Plus, shuttle available in the morning to airport. Very clean, new property, dining in area is limited without a car.

We had a wonderful stay. Jahlise checked us in and couldn’t have been more personable and friendly. She was amazing. Eduardo checked us out and also fantastic. The shower is large and bed so comfortable. We’ve stayed in some expensive hotels and this blows them away with their customer service and cleanliness.. We’ve already booked our next stay. We are extremely picky and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here.

This property is so convenient to the train station and within 30 minutes you are in Denver City. Make sure that you book in for the shuttle if heading back to the airport as soon as possible as it is busy and well used by everyone staying and the slots for the shuttle quickly fill up. The staff on the front check-in counter could be more welcoming as they seem to be going through the motions. In saying that in the morning I was checking out I did witness them helping a family who had a lot of luggage get an Uber.
