Long wait at airport for hotel shuttle . I was freezing by the time it arrived. No place to stay while waiting to fend off the cold weather. No hot water next morning due to boiler issue so my shower was abbreviated as I did not want a cold shower. Check in was fine, people very nice. Had dinner at the bar, nice menu. Breakfast was good.

Great service

The hotel was nice. Out of thr 4 nughrs we stayed, we did have an issue with no hot water. The front desk clerk was gracious enough to refund one night stay for the inconvenience. It was a convenient walk to the RTD and several food establishments around the hotel. Downtown is approximately a 25 minute ride on the train. Great service at the restaurant down stairs and awesome ladies working at the starbucks.
