Pleasant stay, but checkout issues Overall, the room and location were great, and I enjoyed my stay. However, at checkout I was initially charged for breakfast despite it being included in my package, and there was also an unexplained pending charge on my card. While these issues were frustrating, I appreciate that after I submitted my online feedback, the hotel followed up promptly by email to check in with me and investigate the situation. That level of responsiveness is worth noting, even though the initial checkout experience could have been better.

Nice hotel, my problem is with the bell hop who was very aggressive yanking the luggage from my vehicle when i asked him not to. In fact, he was so rude and aggressive, it almost caused a hugh scene. Never have i experienced this type of behavior at a supposed fine hotel.
