Fans super quiet. Room small and not one I book with view. Cable not working had two channels to pick from. Once I was told that it would be fix and n spa like I was told they had. I made the 2 hour drive back north. I will not ever book this location again

They make you pay for parking which could be far away. There is no valet. There is no people to help with bags. The WiFi is slow. The breakfast is not included and does not have much for fruit or healthy options. Secluded area.

Room was clean and stay was pretty uneventful, so that’s good. The beds were not overly comfortable but I managed to sleep alright. The extra price of parking wasn’t expected and definitely doesn’t send the best message to the guests of the hotel who are already spending money on a room. I guess the hotel expects the guests to be dropped off or teleport to the hotel so they won’t have a car with them lol.

Service and room are on par for a 4-star hotel. During our stay, it was a little understaffed; that being said, there was an event going on, so it is understandable. The hotel's lobby was quite nice, and the central elevator gave us an amazing view whenever we took it. Parking lot was easy to find parking in, and it was located in a very convenient area in Denver.
