The staff was very gracious, but the facilities are falling down around their ears. Upon arrival, the first room we checked into had visibly dirty sheets, the second room the door knob was dead and we couldn't get into it and the final room smelled like cigarette smoke and had a puncture in the bottom of the bathtub with still water sloshing underneath it. I understand being understaffed, but somebody high up in management needs to take responsibility for fixing these egregious problems with the property itself.

Elevator is due do for maintenance. Hot water ranout , room had ants. No weather strip on entry doors. Customerservice was misleading. I asked to be move and they promised and did not deliver.

Absolutely disgusting! I asked to have the bathroom cleaned & still had to clean it myself. Had plenty of rooms and put a barking dog in the attached room that has the door screwed shut. Do not stay here.

Dirt on floor in bathroom corners. No beverage vending machine. Charged $5.00 four times for one $1.50 item and one $2.25 item. No refund. Told to contact vendor. Charged $75 "for the hotel" at checkin. Told it would be refunded, we'll see. Mold on bathroom ceiling.

The room was a pet room but the smell of urine was so strong you smelled it as soon as you opened the door. Burn holes were in the comforter. The carpet was sticky. The remote didn’t work and I went and tried 5 different ones. The bathroom could use a deep cleaning. The back of the bathroom door was filthy. This was the worst stay ive ever had.

I have mobility issue3s, and wanted to switch my room to a handicap room with bench in shower and higher toilet seat. I was told that due to my reservation, I could not do it. Nothing said whether for an increased price. Just no it couldn't be done.. There were handicap rooms available.

Seriously, stay somewhere else.

It was dirty, no upkeep done and we almost didn't have a place to stay because when we booked and it says "pay at hotel" they didn't alert us that it was a cashless property. There is moldy ceilings, 1/4 inch of dust in the corners on the floors, the AC unit didn't work well and turned on every 5 minutes and back off in a few minutes all night long. My worst night sleep in a LONG time. They don't mattress protector and the mattresses were gross. The bathtub didn't drain so you had to shower super fast. I wouldn't stay here again but I guess you get what you paid for. But seriously, stay somewhere else.

Our top two blankets had a blood stain on them. Then the lamp on the left side of the bed had some type of spatter on it? The cleanliness is poor.. employees are nice and helpful.

Room was not ready for check in till past 4 pm. Room had big crack under front door so cold air and bugs could come in. Deadbolt was broken on front door. Staff said computer was down and they would email receipt and enter rewards number but they never did.

There was a dirty sock behind the bathroom door, and the table was covered with something really sticky. Beds were good and the area is nice. The outside of the property needs some major renovations
